About the Wedding

It was a beautiful March day for this elegant and art-inspired wedding. A wedding in March can be iffy weather-wise. It could be beautiful, there could be torrential downpour, or a snow storm, but we were able to order up the perfect sunny day for Tori and Mickey. What I loved most about this wedding were all of the details that enhanced the industrial feel of Longview Gallery, our venue for this wedding. I especially loved the decision to go with the all-white flowers that were beautifully provided by B Floral. Since sustainability is always on our mind, we were happy that we were able to donate the leftover flowers to Petals for Hope.

Another detail that I loved was the wedding cake! Inspired by the gallery it's a piece of art itself!

One of Sara’s favorite parts of the design was undoubtedly the ghost chairs. It was a wise decision to add this as part of the design because it changed the whole feel of the space as opposed to using chivari or some other kind of chair.

My most favorite part of the wedding, was how much fun the couple had at the wedding. Seeing their joy, especially on the dance floor, made me remember why we do this work. Adding to the fun environment was the tasty food provided by Spilled Milk Catering. Of course, the day would not have been complete without the amazing team over at Mason Photography who took full advantage of the amazing weather we had and of this beautiful event space.
